The brief
Where it started
A glassmaker with a remarkable product and no name, no brand and no plan for selling it. Each cast-glass object clouds and clears with the temperature and humidity of the room around it.
Design shops loved the objects but had no way to explain them on a shelf. The brand had to do that job in a few seconds.
The idea
An object that changes with the room needs a brand that does too.

The work
What we did
01
Naming
We named the studio Small Weather, after the way customers described what the objects did. The name explains the product by itself.
02
Identity
A wordmark that clouds and clears like the glass, in a system of simple forecasts for each piece.
03
Packaging
A case that doubles as a display stand, so every retailer shows the object the way the maker intended.

In their words
We came with an object and left with a company. The name alone changed how buyers talked to us.
